What is my User ID? Your user ID is your email address. If you
are having trouble logging in with your email address, first make
sure your CAPS Locks are off on your keyboard. If you are still having
problems, request to have your password sent to you by clicking on
"I forgot my password" on the login screen.

your email address in the forgot password field and submit the form.

You are only responsible for the replacement of the game if you
were at fault. If the game was lost or damaged in the mail, then

email from you with a special link to sign up for unlimited game rentals.
When your friends click on the special link their new membership will
be noted as a referral from you. If the person you referred remains
a member for one month, we'll credit your account $10 dollars! You
will have access to a comprehensive tracking interface where all of
your referrals are listed and shows how many days are left before
your referrals are awarded.
