	Shipping methods All accessories and games are shipped by Fedex or USPS Priority Mail. You can choose from the following options: Ground (3-7 business days) 2nd Day Air 3 Day Select Next Day Air USPS Priority Mail if you want your order shipped to a PO Box Items shipped Next Day Air on Friday will not arrive until Monday, the following week.
	International shipping RentZero only accepts orders from the United States at this time.
	Shipping Costs Shipping costs for your order will vary depending on the shipping method you select, the weight of items, and the ship to address. If an error was found while processing your order, you will be contacted and your order will be delayed.
	Return policy RentZero guarantees the quality of every product we offer. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept any returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase (minus shipping and handling charges).
	How to return an item To return an item, email RentZero at support@rentzero.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm your credit card number for your refund. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number written on the outside of the returning package. No exceptions. RentZero will not accept any shipping charges for returned product without a valid RMA number. Be sure to include a note explaining what is wrong with the product that you are returning. This will help expedite the return process. A $5.00 restocking fee will be applied to each returned item. Your credit card will only be credited after we receive the return from you. 	Damaged or missing items If you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately at support@rentzero.com so that we might correct the situation. We will gladly exchange any item received. When emailing us, please write "defective game or accessory" in the subject line. Please be sure to include your order number and how best to reach you.
	Credit card For all accessories and games purchases, please select a credit card as your payment method. Make sure you enter your correct credit card billing address and zip code. RentZerp accepts Visa, Master, Discover, and American Express. Note: Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number. Incorrect or incomplete order information may cause a delay in processing your order.
	Money order/checks RentZero does not currently accept money orders or checks.
