How does it work?
Your Game Queue will list all of the games that you have ordered and will also allow you to access your account information. You can only access your queue once you have become a RentZero member.

You will be able to update your account information including your password, email, credit card information, and shipping address. You will also be able to add, delete, and rearrange games in your queue. To view your game queue, select the "Game Queue" link at the top of every page. Enter your User ID and password to login.

How do I add games to my queue?
To rent a game, search the RentZero site and click the Add to Queue button for the game you want. These games will be added to your Game Queue automatically.

First find the game that you want:
Playstation 2 | XBox | Gamecube | PC | Dreamcast

Then click on the "Add game to Queue" button to add it to your queue. It's that easy!

How do I arrange my game queue order?
To change the game shipping priority of any game in your game queue, simply change the number under the Priority column for the game you want to change. For example, if you want to move a game to the first priority in your game queue, you would enter a "1" in the Priority field for that game. After selecting the priority, simply click on the Update Queue to update the queue priority.

To save time, you can update as many games as you like all at once instead of one at a time.

If you make changes before 11:00am CST, your games will ship in the new order. Any changes after 11am CST will take 24 hours to process."

How do I remove games from my queue?
To remove a game from your queue, click on the delete box located after the title you would like to delete. After you've selected all the games you want to delete from your game queue, simply click on the Update Queue button at the bottom of the page. All the games you selected for deletion will be removed from your game qeuue.
How do I update my personal information?
You can update your personal information including your passward, email, credit card information and shipping address at any time. Simply click on My Account. At the top of the My Account page, click on "Edit My Information". This will allow you to edit your account information.
