How does the free trial program
work?
The two week free trial starts the same
day you sign up. Your free trial includes
shipping of one game only. This gives
you a chance to evaluate the high quality of our service. After
your 14 days are up your full membership will be activated and the
rest of the games to fulfill your membership level will be sent. If
you decide you would like to start your full membership early, just
send an email to support@rentzero.com
and we will fully activate your account and send out your next games
immediately!
If you decide to cancel your subscription before your first month's
subscription fee, then you must return your games immediately.(see
canceling subscriptions below).
When signing up for the free trial, RentZero, Inc reserves the right
to authorize your credit card for the amount of the monthly service
level. This reduces the cardholder's open-to-buy (credit card limit),
but does not actually capture the funds. The cardholder's open-to-buy
is typically cleared in 5 to 7 days (this amount of time is dependant
on the particular bank). This is to insure the credit card is valid
and has the funds to pay for the monthly service.
You will be charged your monthly membership fee exactly two weeks
after you sign up, unless you cancel your membership prior to your
first month's subscription fee due date. Failure to cancel your free
trial prior to being charged for your first month's rental is non-refundable.

programs allow you to rent an unlimited number of games as often
as you want and keep games as long as you want with zero due dates

and we send them to you. When you return one, we'll send you another!

What game platforms do you support?
We currently support all games (over 4000 titles!,
10 times the number in a traditional video store!) for Sony's Playstation
2, Playstation 3, Microsoft's XBox, XBOX360, Nintendo's GameCube,
and Wii. |

How long does
it take to ship my games and how can I get them faster?
We ship from our headquarters in Houston, Texas. Typically games are
shipped out the same day they are received. Your games will be shipped
within a maximum of 24 hours of being received in our warehouse. If
you order a game that is in stock before 12pm CST M-F, your game will
be shipped that same day, otherwise your game will be shipped the
next business day. If your game is out of stock, RentZero will place
the game on reserve for you, and ship the game when it becomes available.
Depending on where you live, your game should arrive to you in 1-
5 business days from the day we ship your order.

Please note: If you live in a rural
area, it may take as long as 5 - 7 days for your games to arrive.
How to get your games faster.
- Order your game before 12pm CST M-F. If you
order a game on Friday after 12pm CST, your order will not be
processed until Monday. That is three whole days before we even
process your order. You will then have to wait an additional 1-5
days for the game to arrive in your mailbox. Why wait? Think ahead
and order before 10 am.
- Make sure that your shipping address is accurate.
- Make sure that your billing address and credit
card information are entered correctly. If this information is
entered incorrectly, your order cannot be processed as quickly
and as a result may not be shipped as quickly as it could have
been.
- Want to have the game by the weekend? Place
your order by 12pm CST on Monday. If your order is placed by 12pm
CST, it will be shipped that day and there should be plenty of
time for your game to arrive in your mailbox by the weekend.

How do the games get to me and how
do I return them?
We will send the games to you via First Class
Mail, with a postage paid return envelope. Once you are done with
a game, just place it in the return envelope and drop it in the mail.
It's as simple and convenient as that!! |

How long can I keep
each game?
That's what makes the service so great - there
are zero due dates and therefore, zero late fees. Ever! Keep those
games for as long as you like and return them when you are ready.
Plus you have the added bonus of keeping the game permanently if you
decide you love it. Just log onto your account and click the buy botton
next to the title. You not only get the game at the deeply reduced
RentZero membership price, but we ship you your next title inyour
queue immediately! |

If I want to rent more games, what are the other levels?

You can upgrade to any other level at anytime. Just email support@rentzero.com
with your request to change your current membership level, or goto
the My Account section of the website and click on "Change
my membership level". Please note that upgrading your rate
plan will cause the difference between your new plan rate and your
old plan rate to be charged to your credit card immediately

Is there anyway that
I can join without having a credit card?
Unfortunately, no. We need a valid credit card
on file for every customer so that we can ensure that our games are
returned to us. |

What do I
need to know about taking care of games?
Please take some basic care and precautions
when handling our games to ensure the quality of all the products
we rent.
- Never touch the
CD/DVD except on it's outer edge.
- Make sure CD/DVD
is seated properly in the tray or the console before closing the
door.
- Do not let the
bottom of the CD/DVD (the blank side) touch any surface except
when it's in the protective sleeve.
- Store the CD/DVD
in its protective sleve when not in use.
- Do not leave
the CD/DVD exposed to direct sunlight

When does my free
trial begin?

What to do about damaged or defective
games?
If a game is damaged when you receive it, send
an email to support@rentzero.com
letting us know what game is damaged. Then, simply return the game
in the prepaid envelope it came with and we'll ship another copy out
to you. If another copy is not available, then we will send you the
next available game in your queue.

What if a game gets lost in the mail during
delivery or return?
Contact our customer service department
via e-mail at support@rentzero.com.
You are only responsible for the replacement of the game if you
were at fault. If the game was lost or damaged in the mail, then
you are not responsible for the game.

How do I change or cancel my membership?
